Recent storms at the end of March washed away some of the soil under a portion of the above-ground water main along Dauntless Drive in Seaview, leaving parts of the main floating. Cal Water’s crews added support under the water main to keep it stable and prevent a break from occurring, an especially delicate situation with more rain on the way that weekend.
