  • Exterior Water Line Coverage
  • Exterior Sewer/Septic Line Coverage
  • Interior Plumbing and Drainage Coverage
  • Water Heater Coverage
  • Interior Electric System Coverage
  • Heating System Coverage
  • Cooling System Coverage

*These services are optional and customers are under no obligation to purchase services from HomeServe to receive water service from Cal Water. If you would prefer, you can opt out of receiving communications related to these services by calling 1-877-444-2465.
