Save time, eliminate postage, and reduce clutter by signing up to receive and pay your bill online. Our program enables you to receive your monthly statements online, pay at your convenience or set up recurring payments, and view past water bills.

Already have an online account?

Signing up is quick and easy; just log in to the customer portal and follow these instructions:

  1. From the overview page, click on Billing & Payments.
  2. Click the “Set up Paperless Billing” link.
  3. Select the account(s) you want to enroll in paperless billing and click “Next”. You will receive a message letting you know that your selected accounts have been enrolled.

You can set up your online account and go paperless in just a few easy steps. Simply create your online account and you will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing (unless you opt out of it).
