Water Main Installation Projects

Installation of the new temporary, above-ground water main in the Seaview neighborhood has begun. Crews are installing the main along Dauntless Drive, crossing Exultant Drive, and on a portion of Admirable Drive. On Nov. 1, Cal Water hosted a community meeting and field walk for this project with members of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes and residents of the Seaview Residents Association.

Beyond this project, Cal Water is exploring options to phase the replacement of all the water mains within Seaview in the future.

In the Portuguese Bend Beach Club area, crews also moved the water main along a portion of Yacht Harbor this week. This project is designed to help reduce the likelihood of leaks.
