Customer Information
Account number: Your 10-digit account number. This number will stay the same even if you move to another location within our service areas.
If you receive more than one bill from Cal Water, you will have more than one account number— contact our office at the phone number on your bill if you would like your bills combined.
Billing date: Date your bill was printed.
Customer Center contact information: The contact information for your local district.
Customer messages: Important messages about your water service.

Account Summary
Account summary: Includes your previous balance, when the last payment was received, and any remaining unpaid balance.
The total amount due reflects the amount due for the current billing period, plus any unpaid amount from a previous balance.
Automatic payment: A statement noting that any automatic payment set up will be applied.
Bill insert/additional messages: Special messages called out regarding your water service.

Payment Information
Bill stub: Address to which your bill is sent. This may be different than the service address.
