Salinas: Repair complete and water service restored

Crews have completed repairs on a water main leak near Palma Drive, and water service has been restored for customers in the immediate area.

We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we worked to repair the water main and restore water service.

If you purchased bottle water during the service interruption, please mail your receipts to 254 Commission Street, Salinas, CA 93901, to the attention of Bottled Water Reimbursement.

We are aware of a water outage affecting customers near Palma Drive in Salinas. Crews are currently working to complete repairs and restore water service as quickly as possible for a water main break that occurred on Palma Drive early this morning.

During this time, if you need bottled water, you can obtain a case of water from our crews near Palma School on Iverson Street. You can also bring a clean jug and fill it up using our Water on Wheels trailer for drinking water or other uses such as flushing toilets. If you prefer to use bottled water during this advisory, you may save your receipts for reimbursement. Please mail your receipts to 254 Commission Street, Salinas, CA 93901, to the attention of Bottled Water Reimbursement.

We apologize for the inconvenience this causes – especially on Thanksgiving, and thank you for your patience as we work to complete the repair and restore service as quickly as possible. We will provide more information as we have it.
