King City customers:

As you may know, your monthly Cal Water bills have previously included sewer utility charges, which we transferred directly to the City of King, the entity that provides your sewer service. Beginning Oct. 1, 2025, Cal Water will no longer provide sewer billing service for the City, as we have decided to focus our service on our core business: providing safe, reliable drinking water.

Beginning in October, you will receive billing for sewer service from the City of King. Your water bills will now only include charges for water-related service. For questions related to your sewer service or billing, please call the City at (831) 385-3281.
