As you may know, Cal Water provided operations, maintenance, and billing service for the City of Hawthorne’s water system through August 2026. Starting in September 2026, Cal Water is no longer operating or providing billing service for the City’s water system, as we focus our operations on the systems we own.

HomeServe insurance plans

Due to this operational change, Home Emergency Insurance Solutions (HomeServe) plans that are billed through Cal Water expired effective September 1, 2026.

If you are an existing HomeServe customer and would like to extend your coverage, please call HomeServe directly at (877) 444-2461 to re-establish coverage and set up a new plan. HomeServe will then bill you directly for any coverage you decide to enroll in.
