We promote conservation and efficiency by educating our customers, offering programs for water-efficient fixtures, and providing financial incentives that result in both water-use reductions and lower water bills. Customer-driven water savings also help reduce the overall demand on our water supply, minimizing the need to invest in additional infrastructure and further promoting rate affordability to our customers.
