Water rates and tariffs for regulated systems are set by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). The rates and tariffs listed in these documents are the most current adopted by the CPUC. Service area maps (SAMs) are included in the list of tariffs. A district or system’s SAM shows the service area’s boundaries and their relationship to nearby cities, highways, and other reference points.
