Due to unforeseen circumstances, we must expand the area needed to be temporarily shut down for today’s new water main tie-in. We expect to be completed and restore water service by about 3 p.m. today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately, due to an issue with a valve we must postpone the tie-in temporary shutdown to tomorrow, Tuesday, June 24. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we complete this infrastructure improvement project.

On Monday, June 23, crews will be working to tie in a new section of above-ground water main along Sweetbay Road to the water system. This will require a temporary shutdown for some customers along Sweetbay, West Pomegranate Road, Peppertree Drive, Tangerine Road, Cherryhill Lane, and Limetree Lane from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Crews will work as quickly as possible to tie in the new section of main and restore water service.
