Some Cal Water customers in the Stockton district have reported individuals going door to door claiming to represent the “water company” and stating that they require entry to the customer’s home to test the water. These individuals do not work with or represent Cal Water, and our water is safe to drink and tested regularly.

We urge our customers to remain vigilant if they are approached or contacted by someone asking to test or treat their home’s water. If you are ever unsure about someone asking about your water, please do not to let him or her into your home and call your local office for verification.
