General Information

Cal Water's Westlake District was formed in 1983 with the purchase of the Westlake Water Company. To meet the needs of our customers, we purchase imported surface water from the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD) through Calleguas Municipal Water District. Our system includes 105 miles of pipeline, six storage tanks, and 19 booster pumps. Cal Water proactively maintains and upgrades its facilities to ensure a reliable, high-quality supply.
