For scheduling purposes, Cal Water has grouped Visalia's meter installations into "projects." You can now look up your street to see what project (or projects) include your street. Once you know what project you are in, you can look at the estimated schedule to get an idea of when your meter will be installed. An overall project map is also available, if you would like a "big picture" view of the project.
After your meter is installed, your account will be switched from flat-rate to metered billing within 6 months. If you still have questions, take a look at the FAQ or contact your district office.

Thank you for your cooperation as we install meters on our flat-rate services. As we proceed, we will make every effort to minimize the inconvenience to you and your family. A list of flat-to-meter-related questions and answers is available, but if you have other questions, please call our Customer Center at (559) 624-1600 and ask for Terri or Eric.
In coming weeks, we will add more information to this section of the web site as it becomes available. This information will include an updated map and schedule that will give you an idea of when your meter will be replaced, as well as reports on the project's progress.
