View and Pay Your Bill Online
Cal Water customers have two easy options when they want to
view and pay their water bills online:
- Customers can enroll in Cal Water's Electronic Bill
Presentment and Payment (eBilling) to view and pay their bill online
monthly using
their bank account or Visa credit or debit card. Cal Water
regrets that Mastercard is no longer accepted as a form of
payment. Enrolling in eBilling will eliminate paper bills
and help preserve our environment. Once enrollment is
complete, you will no longer receive a paper bill.
- Customers who prefer not to enroll, but still want the
convenience of being able to pay their bill online
occasionally, can choose the one-time payment option
and pay using their bank account or Visa credit or debit card. Cal Water now offers a
no-fee option for customers making a one-time payment.
Cal Water customers also have the option to easily pay by
phone. By calling our toll-free number (866) 734-0743, customers
can make a payment using their bank account or Visa credit or debit
card. Cal Water now also offers a no-fee option for
customers who pay by phone.
In addition to online bill payment, all customers can view their water
usage and account activity history, free of charge.
